Betson Technical University (BTU), established in 2016 by Betson Enterprises, is a premier hands-on training program designed to equip professionals in the arcade and Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry with essential technical skills. 

Program Overview

BTU offers intensive two-day courses that cater to individuals at all experience levels, from newcomers to seasoned technicians. The curriculum emphasizes practical, real-world skills necessary for the maintenance and repair of arcade equipment. Key training areas include soldering, wire crimping, LCD and computer repair, and daily maintenance routines 

Training Tools and Certification

Participants receive a comprehensive toolkit to support their learning and ongoing work, which includes:

• A detailed manual

• Multi-meter

• 8-in-1 tool

• Ticket emulator

• Tamper-proof Torx bits

Upon completion, students earn a BTU certification, signifying their proficiency in arcade game maintenance and repair
