​The Amusement Expo International (AEI) 2025, held from March 17 to 20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, showcased the latest innovations in the amusement and entertainment industry. ​


Attendance and Exhibitors:


  • Registered Attendees: Approximately 4,500 industry professionals participated in the event. ​

  • Exhibiting Companies: The expo featured around 305 companies showcasing their products and services. ​


Exhibit Space:

The 2025 expo marked a significant expansion, with an 8% increase in booth space compared to the previous year, resulting in the largest show footprint to date. (​RePlay Magazine).


Conference Sessions:

AEI 2025 featured two days of educational sessions.


Industry Trends:

While the number of buyers decreased slightly to about 2,300 from the previous year's 2,500, exhibitors and organizers noted an increase in the quality of interactions and business opportunities. (​RePlay Magazine)


The event also featured co-located shows, including the Billiard Congress of America (BCA) Expo and the National Bulk Vendors Association (NBVA) Pavilion, providing attendees with a comprehensive view of the amusement and entertainment landscape. ​


Future Outlook:


Preparations are already underway for Amusement Expo International 2026, scheduled to take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center—West Hall 1 and 2—from March 16-19, 2026.
