The Amusement Expo International (AEI) 2025, held from March 17 to 20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, showcased the latest innovations in the amusement and entertainment industry.
Attendance and Exhibitors:
Registered Attendees: Approximately 4,500 industry professionals participated in the event.
Exhibiting Companies: The expo featured around 305 companies showcasing their products and services.
Exhibit Space:
The 2025 expo marked a significant expansion, with an 8% increase in booth space compared to the previous year, resulting in the largest show footprint to date. (RePlay Magazine).

AEI 2025 featured two days of educational sessions.
Industry Trends:
While the number of buyers decreased slightly to about 2,300 from the previous year's 2,500, exhibitors and organizers noted an increase in the quality of interactions and business opportunities. (RePlay Magazine)
The event also featured co-located shows, including the Billiard Congress of America (BCA) Expo and the National Bulk Vendors Association (NBVA) Pavilion, providing attendees with a comprehensive view of the amusement and entertainment landscape.
Future Outlook:
Preparations are already underway for Amusement Expo International 2026, scheduled to take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center—West Hall 1 and 2—from March 16-19, 2026.
