For immediate release:

Triotech, a global leader in immersive attractions and interactive experiences, today announced the upcoming launch of three groundbreaking entertainment concepts: Electric Funfair, Energize!, and Krazy Karts. All three attractions will debut in Montreal in Summer 2026, marking one of the most ambitious multi-attraction launches in the company’s history.

Together, these attractions redefine Competitive Socializing, blending physical activity, interactive gaming, immersive storytelling, and breakthrough digital technology. Each attraction has been built from the ground up to maximize replay value, social engagement, and operator flexibility—hallmarks of Triotech’s DNA.

Over time, the three attractions will create a seamless, connected experience, enabled by a video game–inspired persistence system that tracks guests across each attraction.

Electric Funfair — The First Dynamically Themed Social Gaming Arena

Triotech’s Electric Funfair reinvents classic carnival-style games with dynamic digital theming, allowing the entire attraction to transform instantly for different moods, audiences, or seasons. Using LED displays, physical game stations, and a proprietary software system, operators can switch between themes such as Haunted Funfair, Sports Night, Kids Carnival, or future IP-based environments—all with a single tap.

Designed for social play, Electric Funfair supports up to 120 players simultaneously in the same gameroom, with configurations ranging from 4 to 12 game stations. Guests can enjoy a one-hour (or more) session filled with fast-paced mini-games, food, drinks, and friendly competition enhanced by a leaderboard system. Each game will feature 4, 6 or 8 players competing at the same time. This adventure is specifically designed to fit into spaces as dense as 3,500 sq. feet, making it suitable for a variety of environments. The attraction leverages Triotech’s industry-leading experience developing content libraries for attractions like the XD Dark Ride, ensuring long-term replayability and annual content expansions.

Energize! — A Fully Immersive & Interactive, Story-Driven Competitive Challenge

Energize! is a one-hour (or more), multi-room interactive adventure where groups of 2 to 60 participants will be entertained through a dozen or more uniquely themed game rooms, each featuring high-energy physical and cognitive challenges. A key innovation is the integrated narrative, delivered through large-format screens in every room, guiding players through a story that evolves as they progress.

Participants earn individual and team scores, climb the local, regional and global leaderboard, and return to improve their ranking, making the experience endlessly replayable. Seasonal and IP-based storylines will allow operators to refresh the attraction throughout the year.

Energize! will be available in multiple layout formats (inline or U-shape) and a mix of room sizes for maximum configuration flexibility. This compact adventure is specifically designed to fit into spaces as dense as 3,500 sq. feet, making it suitable for a variety of environments.

Krazy Karts — Augmented Karting that fits Any Building

Krazy Karts introduces a world-first innovation: an augmented karting system that can be installed inside almost any standard building, even those with structural columns. This breakthrough is powered by Triotech’s dynamic mapping technology, which allows real go-karts to navigate complex indoor layouts enhanced with video game–style power-ups, environmental projections, and interactive obstacles. The games are designed with software that adapts the gameplay to the layout and to a variety of different spaces. Blending the thrill of karting with the excitement of video games, Krazy Karts lets players race through projected worlds, dodge challenges, trigger power-ups, and experience gameplay variations such as races, zombie chases, and more. The attraction allows operators to utilize existing building footprints, drastically reducing construction barriers and unlocking new real estate opportunities for high-energy indoor racing.

Coming to Montreal in 2026

All three attractions—Electric Funfair, Energize! and Krazy Karts—will launch as part of an upcoming entertainment project in Montreal in Summer 2026. The official location will be announced in Early Spring 2026.
