What’s even more special is that I eventually got to join him in the business, and he became more than just a father, he became my mentor. He didn’t just teach me how to run a business. He taught me how to lead with integrity, how to treat people right, and how to do things the right way, even when no one’s watching.

For our family, it’s deeply personal. We’ve lived this journey with him, and seeing him recognized like this is incredibly meaningful. We couldn’t be prouder.
